What drives the Testsigma bill
Testsigma sells two products. The test automation platform is quoted per customer from your expected usage, with parallel test runs as the unit it sells. Test Management by Testsigma is a separate product with published plans, priced by seats and AI credits.
- Automation: parallel test runs, the unit Testsigma sells, each with 50 GB of cloud storage.
- Automation: deployment. On-premise or private deployment and SSO are Enterprise features.
- Test Management: seats and monthly AI credits. Paying yearly saves 17%.
- There is no published per-user price for automation, so you need a quote either way.
Does Testsigma have a free plan or trial?
It depends on the product. The test automation platform has no free plan, only a free trial; Testsigma's comparison pages advertise 21 days. Its open-source Community Edition is still on GitHub, but its last release was in August 2023. The separate Test Management product does have a free plan, Free Forever, with 5 seats and 100 AI credits a month.

Testsigma pricing FAQ
How much does Testsigma cost?
For test automation, Testsigma doesn't say: Pro and Enterprise are both custom quotes based on your expected usage. Test Management by Testsigma, a separate product, has published plans: Free Forever at $0, Standard at $100 a month and Pro at $300 a month.
Which Testsigma product has a free plan?
Not for test automation, which has a free trial and then a paid quote. The free plan people find is for Test Management by Testsigma, a separate test case management product: Free Forever gives 5 seats and 100 AI credits a month.
Is the Testsigma Community Edition still free?
Yes. It's open source on GitHub and free to self-host. Its last release, v3.0.1, came out in August 2023, and only README and build changes have landed since.
How long is the Testsigma free trial?
Testsigma's comparison pages advertise a 21-day free trial of the automation platform; its signup page doesn't state a length. Test Management has a 7-day free trial with no card required.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Testsigma?
TestOptim AI publishes its prices: Solo $19/mo for 100 test executions, Startup $49/mo for 260 test executions, Growth $149/mo for 800 test executions and Enterprise custom pricing. Solo, Startup and Growth are self-serve, with no sales call, and billing yearly saves 20%. Its agent explores your web app, writes the end-to-end tests and reports bugs with screenshots and repro steps, so you don't author or maintain the suite yourself.
