TestOptim sends only the structural information needed to generate and heal tests — DOM snapshots, selector data, and navigation flows. Your business data (user records, payment info, PII) is never sent to any AI model. You can also configure sensitive fields to be masked.

Do you store screenshots or session recordings?

Screenshots are taken during test runs and stored securely to power your test reports. They are retained according to your plan's retention policy (7 days for Free, 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Professional). Enterprise customers can configure custom retention or use self-hosted storage.

What's included in the 14-day free trial on paid plans?

You get full access to the plan's features — no limits, no feature gating. At the end of 14 days you'll be asked for a card to continue. If you cancel before then, you're never charged.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes to both. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the Billing settings at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Yes — 10% off on quarterly billing and 20% off on annual billing compared to monthly rates. The discount is applied automatically when you choose a billing period during checkout.
